Payment:
No orders will be fulfilled until payment is made. Monasib accepts Mastercard and Visa. Payment via EFT is also accepted (within South Africa) on a case by case basis, directly with Monasib and not through the web site.

 

Posted prices and foreign currency:
All prices are posted in South African Rand (R). In addition, for the ease of our international customers, Monasib shows prices in US dollars ($), British pounds, and Euros--these, however, are just indicative and fluctuate on a daily basis according to exchange rates (which Monasib generally will reflect on the web site). At point of sale, the price will be charged in South African Rand. Monasib is not liable for any foreign exchange fluctuation.  

 

Return policy:
As stated in Monasib's 'Terms and Conditions', goods may not be returned if used. Cancellation or return of orders will incur a 15% administration fee. All shipping charges are borne by the customer. Where warranted, due to defects in products purchased, a 'store' credit may be granted. Any returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of garment.

 

Shipping policy:
Posted prices do NOT include shipping charges. All shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated on a per kilogram basis at check-out. Monasib ships domestically (within South Africa) and internationally. Deliveries will be made during regular business hours. Within South Africa, orders will be delivered within 2 business days (following payment). Internationally, Monasib provides 3-5 day shipping (following payment), exclusive of customs. Packages may be tracked directly with both of our couriers.  

 

Customs duties:
Posted prices are exclusive  of customs duties. Customers should consult with the relevant customs agency in their respective countries to ascertain customs duties.

 
However, due to the fact that Monasib is AGOA and TDCA compliant (namely all yarn, fabric and manufacturing are presently native to South Africa), all Monasib goods, with the exception to the polyester, microactive Soccer Sisters track suit, should ship to the U.S.A. and Europe duty-free, as per the relevant trade agreements with those countries/region. Monasib does not, however, guarantee duty-free status. Should you have any questions, please contact us on info@monasibclothing.com.

Communication:
Orders will be confirmed by email, and, if need be, we will contact you via telephone. If you do not wish to receive additional correspondence (such as The Green Line, Monasib's newsletter), you may elect to do so in your site registration.
